Q: Can I get a sample before placing an order?
A: We can provide free similar products we produced for quality check, whereas you just pay the shipping cost. If you want to
custom a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involved. However, this could be refund upon mass production.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept various paying methods, such as T/T, trade assurance, paypal...
The best way is trade assurance order, our sales will send you a payment link, and you can pay online.

Q: What kind of file do you need to make the mass production?
A: AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file,
do not worry, we can provide design services for you.

Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We have advanced machinery that is imported from Germany. The machinery is regularly service to ensure excellent production.
However printing products always have color deviation, we cannot promise to avoid it.

Q: What if the goods have issue, What can I do?
A: Please contact our salesman, we will solve the problem together. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If the mistake is made
by us, we will reprint the goods for free.
